Welding protective curtain style

Ceiling type

Vertically suspended screw rods are used to fix the beams or guide rails.

This design is to avoid installing columns, allowing large vehicles and workpieces to pass freely.

Robot station 

The welding frequency of this type of workstation is very high, so using soft welding protective curtains is the best choice. 

It does not affect the upper and lower workpieces, and can also shield the arc light and increase the effect of smoke and dust collection.

Fixed frame welded 

A fixed frame is used to install the welding curtain under the beam, which is usually used in large welding workshops.

Welding station 

It is used in compact manual welding stations, allowing welders and workpieces to move freely.

Bulk

When you already have the hardware accessories, you can directly use the bulk welding protective curtain.

Safety door

It can separate the welding area from the non-welding area, shield the arc light, and prevent the fire risk caused by welding slag splash.

Smoke hood

During welding operations (especially welding robots ), a large amount of harmful metal smoke will be generated.

Installing a welding protective curtain around the smoke hood can greatly enhance the smoke collection effect.

According to different application environments, we will give more suitable size suggestions, generally including the following:
